Join us on April 29th for a special evening hosted by ProStart senior Brittany Pineda Aguilar, who is bringing her culture and creativity to life through her Senior Project — a fully planned Mexican-style Restaurant Dinner Night! 🎓🍽️
For this event, Brittany has designed her own menu inspired by her heritage, featuring authentic Mexican flavors, homemade recipes, and traditional dishes that celebrate her culture. This one-night restaurant experience is completely student-led, from menu planning and food preparation to service and event management.
